The Role As Senior Territory Manager, you’ll take ownership of a key Victorian territory and lead the sales process for a diverse portfolio of medical capital equipment. You will be responsible for managing complex, high-value projects from concept to completion-engaging with key stakeholders across healthcare, aged care, architecture, construction, and facility management. This role suits an experienced sales professional who thrives in long sales cycles, understands solution-based selling, and enjoys influencing project outcomes at multiple levels. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow existing client relationships across hospitals, aged care facilities, and healthcare infrastructure partners. Identify new business opportunities and lead end-to-end sales processes for large-scale capital projects. Work collaboratively with architects, builders, consultants, engineers, and senior healthcare executives to design and deliver tailored solutions. Develop territory plans, forecasts, and project pipelines to achieve sales and growth targets. Represent the business with professionalism at site visits, tenders, and industry events. About You Proven experience selling capital equipment or infrastructure solutions within the medical, healthcare, or aged care sectors . Strong understanding of long-lead, consultative sales processes and project-based selling . Comfortable navigating complex decision-making environments involving multiple stakeholders. Commercially astute, technically minded, and capable of articulating value propositions to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
